Wild Wild West

A wild west themed shooting game where an on-rails camera moves the player through the level.

Fox Platformer

Student: Yong (age 13)
Technology: Unity 2D and C#

A platform game made while practising tilemaps and animations in Unity. Spans two different worlds with moving enemies.

Play

Use the w a s d keys to move and space to jump. Press r to reset the level.

Hints: Jump on the enemies head to kill them. Wait for moving platforms if you get stuck. Touch the checkpoints to make sure you don't have to start form the beginning.

Match 3 Animals

Student: Daphne (age 16)
Technology: Python

Daphne created this match 3 animal game for her final project using python and pycat.

The project formed part of her submission for the new record of work from the 108 curriculum that is used for university entrance. She created a website with images and videos to document her design process and implementation.

Minecraft Arena

Student: Boris (age 13)
Technology: Minecraft with Code Connection

An arena game in Minecraft coded using Microsoft Code Connection created at the end of our one week Minecraft camp.

Boris wanted to combine an arena fighting game with a treasure hunt. The first two parts of the challenge see the player fighting different waves of enemies, and then the player must locate a special block and break it to win. Finally the player is rewarded with the victory room containing lots of loot!
