How are absences and make-up classes arranged?
If an absence is required, please submit a request at least 48 hours before the class starts.
Absences not notified within this time frame will be counted as missed classes, with no make-up or refund.
For students enrolled in term-based courses:
Up to three absences per term do not require make-up classes.
Fees for these three classes can be credited towards the next term’s tuition.
(For example: if three classes are missed this term, paying for nine classes next term allows attendance of twelve classes.)
If absences exceed three classes, make-up classes must be completed before the end of the current term.
The studio will assist in arranging suitable make-up sessions.
As class sizes are limited, early booking is recommended.
